The second Saturday of June is dedicated to family health and fitness. This is a day to promote positive heath choices and physical activities between loved ones. When living together, we tend to develop everyday habits from our family members. For example, food patterns trend between family members under the same roof, which makes it hard to break out of the pattern when it is an unhealthy one. Family Health & Fitness day reminds us to put our families first!
